Sergey was born and raised on Russia's Kamchatka Penninsula where he developed a powerful and strong riding style which could only be afforded by the vast and unexplored backcountry of his homeland. Sergey's dream after graduating high school was to come to Alaska to further advance his riding skills on the world's most famed venue for big mountains and fresh snow. In 2004, that dream became a reality as Sergey was accepted to the University of Alaska, Anchorage to study economics. Sergey met with the binge. crew through a chance introduction and was soon after featured in "Polished." Sergey brings an enthusiasm for snowboarding and life that mates perfectly with the rest of the binge. crew dynamics and personalities.
